-Most orders will ship on the same day if ordered before 2PM Eastern Standard Time. We will ship all orders for items in stock within 1-2 business day(s). If the merchandise ordered is on back order we will notify you via email of the projected ship date.

-We do not charge sales tax except for VA residents who are charged 5% VA State Sales tax. Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed! -All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against defects. If an item proves to be defective within 30 days from the date of your invoice, we can assist with the repair or exchange of that item for you, according to the terms of the manufacturer's warranty. All Used or Refurbished computers, laptops, or parts comes with 30 days DOA exchange warranty from the date item arrive to customer. We do not test battery therefore, no warranty for battery / battery life will not be covered by any warranty.Laptop or PC is a company off leased equipment & This product is fully tested, in good working condition! This is NOT a NEW laptop or PC therefore it may have some tear, nick or cosmetic wear out.

-Please make sure that any product that you return as defective is so. Any product that is returned as defective that is tested and proves to be not defective will be assessed a $25 Technical Inspection Charge.

-If you wish to return merchandise then need get RMA number by phone or email and all items must be returned with original packaging, including all warranty cards, manuals, cables, accessories, components, etc. Incomplete returns will result in a delay of your refund. 20% restocking fee for all return products. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The customer is responsible for shipping charges and insurance on all return shipments.
